CSV to Table
Open a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file as a proper table instead of a wall of commas. Search, filter and sort it, edit cells, find and replace across the file, remove rows and export the result. Your file stays in your browser.
Table
Click a cell to edit it. Use the filter row under each heading, drag headings to reorder or resize. Your original file is not changed.
Find and replace
Change many cells at once. Replace all cannot be undone with Undo — use “Reload original file” to start again.

Show or hide columns. Hidden columns are left out of exports.

How to use it
- Load a CSV file, paste rows, or try the sample.
- Search across all columns or filter each column.
- Click a cell to edit it, or use find and replace for many cells.
- Delete rows you do not need, then download the result.
Common questions
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read and shown by your browser. Closing the page discards it.
How large a file can I open?
Files up to about 10 MB work well. The table only draws what is on screen, but very large files may still be slow.
Does it change my original file?
No. You download a new file with your changes.
Does it open Excel files?
Yes, .xlsx and .xlsm. If the workbook has several sheets you can choose one. Older .xls files should be saved as .xlsx or CSV first. Formulas are read as their last saved values.
Which libraries does it use?
The table is built with Tabulator (MIT licence) and Excel files are read with SheetJS Community Edition (Apache-2.0 licence). Both are served from this site.
