How to use it

  1. Drop in a CSV file, paste rows from a spreadsheet, or try the sample.
  2. Turn the cleaning operations on or off and watch the preview change.
  3. Choose which column identifies a duplicate — usually the email.
  4. Rename or leave out columns, then download the cleaned CSV.

Before you import

  • Keep a copy of your original file. This tool never changes it.
  • Check the column names match what your CRM expects.
  • Review rows with missing or invalid emails; the tool flags them but does not guess.
  • Duplicate matching is exact after cleaning. Near-matches such as “J. Lee” and “Jordan Lee” are not merged.

Common questions

Is my data uploaded?

No. The file is read and cleaned by your browser. Closing the page discards it.

How large a file can I use?

Files up to about 10 MB work well. Very large files may be slow in a browser.

Which delimiters are supported?

Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe are detected automatically. You can export with comma, semicolon or tab.
