Common questions
What counts as an exact duplicate?
The same email, the same phone number, or the same name and company after ignoring case, punctuation and common company suffixes such as Inc or Ltd.
What are possible duplicates?
Records with the same name but a different company or email, or very similar names at the same company. They may be different people, so you decide.
Are records merged?
No. One record is kept and the others are removed from the exported file. Your original file is not changed.
