Tips for a good signature
- Keep it short: name, role, company and one or two ways to reach you.
- Host your picture online and use its address, so it shows in every email app.
- Use text links instead of icon images; they load everywhere.
- Send yourself a test in the apps your contacts use.
Common questions
Why doesn't my uploaded picture show in Gmail?
Gmail does not display pictures embedded in the signature itself. Host the picture online and paste its web address.
What does “Copy signature” do?
It copies the formatted signature, so you can paste it into your email app's signature box. “Copy HTML” copies the code instead.
Is my information uploaded?
No. The signature is built in your browser.
